Grants
Part of the investment can be covered

- Eligibility check in 1 minute
- A quote in the format the application needs
- An install date that fits the programme’s deadlines
Illustrative example

| System | 10 kW air-to-water heat pump |
|---|---|
| Investment | 11,500 € |
| Grant | − 4,000 € |
| You pay | 7,500 € |

Guides
What people ask before they invest
Common questions
What people ask before a survey
Does a heat pump work in freezing weather?
Yes. Modern air-to-water units keep heating at −20 °C. Efficiency drops in deep cold, so we size the system for the lowest temperature where you live.
Do I need new radiators?
Usually not all of them. At the survey we check that each room heats well with water at 45–55 °C. In many houses only one or two radiators change.
How noisy is the outdoor unit?
About as loud as a quiet conversation a few metres away. We choose the spot with you, away from bedroom windows and the neighbours.
How long does installation take?
For a house, usually 2–3 days for an air-to-water heat pump and 1–2 days for a multi-split. We plan the work so the house isn’t left without heating.
What does it cost, and when is the grant paid?
You get the exact price after the survey, with options. The grant is usually paid after installation, based on the application; the quote shows what you pay.
What upkeep does it need?
One service a year and, for ventilation, filters about every six months. The portal reminds you in time, and a maintenance plan covers all of it.
